Dietary Assistant
Come join our awesome team as a part-time Dietary Assistant at Homestead at Coon Rapids.
Homestead at Coon Rapids is part of Volunteers of America National Services which serves as the Housing and Healthcare affiliate of the Volunteers of America parent organization.
Shift(s):
M-F and Every other weekend (7:00 AM-2:30 PM) 80 hours per pay period
Compensation:
VOANS uses a pay scale based on years of experience $15.00-$15.50

About the job:
- Assists in food preparation and ensures dining room is ready for service
- Daily interaction and conversation with residents while serving them meals
- Cleaning duties
- Be a friendly face, in this time of need, for our residents
Required Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work in a Healthcare /Senior Living environment that is taking precautions for COVID-19.
- No experience is required, training will be provided.
- Ability to read and understand procedures used for work assignments, instructions, recipe directions and diet order cards.
- Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing and documentation.

- Experience working with food
