Job Description

Mary Marshall Assisted Living Community is looking for a Resident Care Coordinator (C.N.A) to join our team on the AM Shift!  


This is a 24 hr. a week position: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday (7a-3p)

Objective: The primary role of the Certified Nursing Assistant – Home Health is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care, activities of daily living, incidental homemaking and personal care in accordance with established agency nursing care procedures as directed by supervisors.  The Home Health Aide reports any noted changes in the resident as they are noted.

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living.
  • Reports promptly to the nurse any changes in the resident condition.
  • Immediately reports any suspected abuse or neglect per facility policy.
  • Accurately utilizes electronic systems of documentation as required per facility policy.
  • Attends/Completes educational offerings, and obtains at least twelve (12) hours of continuing education a year per state regulations.

Job Requirements


  • Must be a Certified, Registered or State Tested Nursing Assistant in the state of employment
  • Experience in the long-term care setting preferred.
  • Ability to safely perform the essential functions of the job without harm to self or others.
  • Ability to prioritize duties.
  • Ability to understand and follow work assignments.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing and documentation.
