PRIMARY RELATIONSHIPS:  Department Director and all levels of staff.


OBJECTIVE: The Project Coordinator is responsible to fulfill and carryout various projects and or initiatives within one or multiple departments. Works closely with Director/Supervisor to create actions plans, manage internal project implementations timely and within budget. Work as a change agent in updating various procedures to enhance workflow and in attaining the goals of the organization.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related course.
  2. Experience working in a multi-facet business environment.
  3. Ability to work independently and or part of a team.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  6. Documentation management.
  7. Attention to details even under pressure.
  8. Strong ability to organize and multi-task.

  1. Coordinate and participate in special projects and/or compliance initiatives required to meet state and federal guidelines.
  2. Responsible for administrative and tactical support for Director/Supervisor.
  3. Operate as point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned projects.
  4. May be assigned to high volume departments performing repetitive job tasks as needed.
  5. Communicate and provide updates, written reports and submit timely to supervisor and to specific agencies as directed.
  6. Review and develop an understanding of specific procedures used for work assignments, instructions on various tasks and specific directions as part of deliverables of a project(s).
  7. Review scope of assignments, evaluate potential problems, determine solutions, set timelines and develop a tracking mechanism.
  8. Keep everyone abreast of new information on regulations that may change the scope of assigned projects.
  9. Manage all project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary information is current, properly filed and stored.
  10. May assist Director/Supervisor in monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
  11. Other duties within scope of job.

Special Skills/Licensure Required:

  • Project Management experience
  • Clinical Background
  • Time Management and Spreadsheet experience
  • Job entails tracking, assisting and communicating all COVID testing information for Gulf Coast Village and The Preserve
