Job Description

The Naval Nuclear Laboratory comprises the U.S. Department of Energy locations and personnel responsible for developing advanced naval nuclear propulsion technology, providing technical support to ensure the safety and reliability of our nation’s naval nuclear reactors, and training the Sailors who operate those reactors in the U.S. Navy’s submarines and aircraft carrier Fleets. Job Description The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a highly motivated Project Analyst to provide project management support to new and existing projects and programs for on-site Knolls Construction Projects. Areas supported will include: project planning and scheduling utilizing an Integrated Master Schedule in Primavera P6, resource management, budgeting and cost control, measuring project performance, change control, risk management, coordination and integration of project team efforts, communication with project stakeholders, portfolio management, development of procedures and guides, management of SharePoint sites, and management of project information in other business systems (e.g., Integrated Work Management System).
